Additional information
How we protect your data
No data will be stored on the cloud. The best way to avoid losing control of the data is to never give control of it, hence all data is stored on network attached storage that is not accessible or open to internet locations outside of our firewall.
What data breach procedures we have in place
If a data breach becomes possible, we will make our best effort to close any pathways that enable a data breach. If any evidence is found that data was accessed, you will be notified about the data breach with a description of what type of data was accessed. You will have the option to receive a copy of any data that may specifically identify you provided it does not also contain information on anybody else.
What third parties we receive data from
We will receive information on public avatar from Gravatar, if you have provided it, and any public information from social media if you choose to contact us through social media.
What automated decision making and/or profiling we do with user data
We may store your contact information and your communications in a database with keywords assigned that identify which products you are interested in. This is done for the purpose of ensuring you are not contacted about anything you have not indicated interest in, although it will not be used to create an information bubble that biases your access or use of our services.
Industry regulatory disclosure requirements
We will protect your information to the extent that we can, however we will comply with any legal requirements to provide the information.
